Ian Govan is a seasoned performer and well known in the local music community.  He has a long list of musical theatre credits, including Musical Director of "The Phantom of the Opera" and "Chicago" for Ballarat's theatre groups. "Gov" brings experience, enthusiasm and some fine trumpet to MCS.
